At Bonicci, we strive for customer satisfaction and complete fairness to all our valued customers. we take pride that our diamonds are produced with the highest standards of quality and excellence. The prices we charge for our exclusive diamonds are some of the lowest prices you will find anywhere. Due this fact, it is important for us to offer a fair and responsible return/exchange policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange any order in its original condition with the following exceptions: items that have been altered, engraved; items that have previously been exchanged.

How to return an order:
1. Obtain the Return Authorization Code number: Email your Bonicci's sales agent & Bonicci at Sales@Bonicci.net to obtain a return authorization code. You will receive an email with the code number. In order to receive the return instructions, please enter here and enter the code number that you have received by email from your agent. Please enter the code and press the "Invoice" bottom. A PDF file will be opened and your shipment instructions will appear. Write this code on the outside of the package you are returning.
2. Packing your order: Include all original packaging and accompanying materials, including the packing slip and all diamond certificates (a $250 replacement fee per certificate will be charged otherwise). For security reasons, do not write jewelry, diamonds or other related words anywhere on the package.
3. Shipment and Insurance: Use the following shipping methods depending on the value of your order. Bonicci is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.
Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.
More than $500: High value returns often require special arrangements. We recommend contacting Bonicci at Sales@Bonicci.com to receive assistance and suggested methods to return your purchase.
Return Process:
After we receive the returned order, Bonicci's Quality Assurance department will inspect and verify the condition of the item. Returns take approximately seven business days to process upon receipt of the item. Bonicci will refund the original purchase amount of the item in US$. Five % of purchase amount (with a maximum of us$650 and a minimum of us$150) is non refundable if order is cancelled for any reason or within the inspection period and no other item is purchased instead from Bonicci. Refunds will be made using the mode of payment used in the original purchase. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.
Packages without a return authorization number or packages that were refused delivery will not be accepted for refund and are subject to a minimum restocking charge of $50. Items must be returned in the same condition as sent from Bonicci within 14 days from the date of receiving the package. All requests for refunds must be in writing via email to Sales@Bonicci.net within 10 days from the date of receiving the package. All items must be shipped back to Bonicci within 14 days from the date of shipment. Orders received after this date will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. Any returns showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return. Improperly packaged or uninsured items will be refused receipt.
