We're pleased to offer complimentary shipping on every US, Canadian & European order over $1000 via our shipping partners. Because we make most items to order, time from order to delivery will vary depending on the item ordered. Once your item is ready it will be shipped next day delivery.
We are happy to expedite your shipping at your request. For your protection, Bonicci always:
• Insures and registers all items for their full value.
• Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only.
• Requires an adult to sign for the delivery.
International shipments worldwide can be processed online. For orders being shipped to any other country than US, Canadian and European, please contact us to make special shipping arrangements. Customs processes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer; please check with your local customs office for information. Other than GST/PST/HST, there are no additional import duties for orders shipped to Canada.
We understand that diamond is often given for special surprise occasions such as an engagement. Please let us know what we can do to make sure you maintain your surprise. Special arrangements can be made.
Once you place your order and payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive the confirmation email, contact directly Bonicci at Sales@Bonicci.net. Once Bonicci ships your order, you will receive another confirmation email indicating when you should expect to receive your package.
