** Position: B2C - Sales and Marketing **
Job Profile:
• Identify new customers
• Generate Sales & customer service initiatives
• Respond to customer inquiries over phone and email
• Advise customers on purchasing decisions - recommend diamond options
• Get market information
Qualifications:
• Detail-oriented
• Sales & customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Computer skills
• Comfort with flexible environment
• Entrepreneurial attitude/self-starter
• Retail and/or e-commerce experience preferred
• Interest in social enterprise/organizations with social mission
• Interest in environmentally responsible products
• Knowledge of Diamond and Jewelry may be an advantage
• Education – Courses related to Gemology preferred
• Age and Experience - Not particular
